Payment:
● All sales C.O.D. Money Order, Cashier's Check or Pre- approved company
check.
● Visa & Master cards are accepted for prepayment shipments.

Price:
● All prices are F.O.B. Miami, Florida, American Sunshine's warehouse and are
subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum order:
● Minimum order of 10 dozen or $200.00 are required for new account.

Method of Shipping:
● We ship UPS daily. Order are placed after 2:00pm ET will be shipped the
next business day.

Merchandise returns:
● All merchandise returns due to manufacturer's defects or exchanges must
be made within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be authorized by the personnel
of this company and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Sales Tax:
● Florida residents must provide a copy of the Annual Resale Certificate with
signature or sales tax will be added to their orders.
